We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States states. We are working on being able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii and hope to have these available soon.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders from warehouses around the country so standard shipping normally takes 2-5 business days.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please contact sales@smarttoysandgames.com to arrange your return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within two business days from when the item is received. Sometimes the refund takes a few days to show on your credit card statement.

This is for a boys 1st birthday. So he hadn’t had it yet, but already plays with wow toys at his cousins house. They are very good toys. Very safe, no small parts etc( except for people) so we just take people , animals etc away from him at the moment. This was a good price.

Wow toys lived.up to their reputation the train is quite large and easy to use press the chney and it toots easy to push, great for little hands

Love WOW toys!

These toys are pretty durable. Excellent for a kid age 2 and up to interact with. My son loves all his Wow toys and plays with them often while other toys a left untouched. Same response for kids I’ve gifted these toys to as well.
