What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States states. We are working on being able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii and hope to have these available soon.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders from warehouses around the country so standard shipping normally takes 2-5 business days.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please contact sales@smarttoysandgames.com to arrange your return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within two business days from when the item is received. Sometimes the refund takes a few days to show on your credit card statement.

Great set, so versatile for kids to play in so many ways. My 4 year old is always getting these out and playing with them, even my 7 old joins in!They are also super durable and solid, no worries about accidents and them getting broken.

Conocía la marca por sus juegos de lógica matemática que tienen para más mayores. Esta línea de jueguetes Smartmax ha sido un gran descubrimiento. Mi hija había visto por web este juguete y era el regalo que se pedía por su cumple. Reconozco que tenía mis dudas pues al no haberlo visto en físico no sabía si realmente sería indicado para su edad, pues en la caja pone a partir de 3 años. Desde el primer momento todos se pusieron a jugar y a crear robots. Trae también un poster con muchas opciones de robots para copiar. Ha sido nuesto primer fichaje de Smartmax pero vendrán más! Juegos en los que vale la pena invertir!! Lo recomiendo 100%!!
